Wayne’s marketing approach is the best I have ever seen.  Wayne accurately determines what should be the selling price on the home.  Wayne also notes any area where slight alterations can make the home more open and appealing.  Weekly follow-up calls, where accessible, weekly status reports via email on what measures have been taken on the marketing of the home, and most of all, the members of his team are as enthusiastic in the selling of properties as he is.  This makes the process flow seamlessly from one segment to another until the finished process is achieved with the SOLD sign on the property.

After having the house on the market for just 6 days Wayne presented us with an offer of purchase and sale and we accepted setting in motion the selling process, which was expediently carried letting both parties carry on with their lives.

We have sold 5 other homes in different locations and no other service has been able to compare to the service we received with Exit Realty.
