Wayne Cochrane is one of Exit Realty's Top 10 Agents in Nova Scotia! (based on sales volume for first 6 months of 2010). Wayne continues to set precedence, winning Exit's silver medallion award the past three years for outstanding sales volume (50-75 transactions).

Wayne has had an illustrious career spanning the fields of electronics, technology, exporting, consulting, training, and real estate. During his career he has become a successful teacher and trainer in several industries. In the late nineties and early two thousand he worked as a consultant in the Information Technology industry. During that time he worked with several fortune 500 companies to deliver technology support services for large business units.

In 2002, Wayne decided to follow his passion for real estate and quickly become the number 1 sales agent and recruiter for his company for the entire province. In 2003 he opened his first Exit Realty office and the second office, Exit Realty Optimum in 2004. He is continues to grow his real estate brokerage and this year he opened yet another office located at Tacoma in Dartmouth.

In addition to growing a thriving brokerage, fostering a successful coaching and mentoring program for his agents, Wayne continues to be an award winning agent, with several awards within his company including two silver awards for outstanding sales.

Giving back to the community is important to Wayne and that’s why he is also involved in several charities, including Habitat for Humanity HRM (past local board chair, currently on the National Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Canada). Wayne is also a Freemason and a Member of Keith's Lodge #17 in Halifax and the Halifax Shriners.
